According to the foundation mission, i.e. broadly understood assistance related to health protection of donators, since 2014 there have been fulfilled and promoted prophylactic programs and health promotion activities for donators and their family members, pensioners and retirees who support the foundation, as well as employees of legal entities supporting the foundation. 
Initiating and fulfilling health promotion by means of prophylactic programs allows in majority cases to diagnose correctly and adjust a proper treatment. Regaining health balance and enabling the patient an effective recovery is the gain for both patients and their employers because of absenteeism reduction.
1.095 persons participated at the prophylactic programs in the first half of 2016.
They included among others: cancer package for men and women, bone mineral density test for osteoporosis, preventive hearing test ( as a part of Safety Day for ArcelorMittal Poland employees) and package for men and women above 40 years old.
In the second half of 2016 there were 882 persons who underwent laboratory tests and these included: laboratory test for borreliosis, cardiac package as well as package for men and women above 40 years old (action financed by ArcelorMittal Poland as a part of Health Week).
In 2016 Health Protection Foundation spent PLN 80.429,50 for prophylactic programs and health promotion actions for 1.977 persons.
